Reiki

By definition, Reiki is a Japanese form of therapy in which the practitioner is believed to channel energy into the patient in order to encourage healing or restore well-being. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" is transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient to boost emotional or physical healing.
